As part of the overall VA Northampton Medical Center and Clinics service delivery system, the clinic offers pre-care and after-care for veterans requiring services at the medical center. In addition, the clinic offers initial and ongoing care and treatment for patients whose clinical needs are met primarily by outpatient services.
Services are available to any eligible veterans. Please contact the Enrollment Coordinator at (413) 582-3100 for questions about eligibility. While veterans may apply for services at any time, the clinic operates by scheduled appointments. If you or someone you know is in need of services, please call or come in person to the clinic to schedule an appointment.
Services
Medical Services - Primary medical services; treatment of chronic and non-emergency medical conditions and immunizations.
Mental Health Services – Mental Health treatment including diagnostic evaluation; psychotherapy services; referral to community resources and to inpatient treatment. PTSD, as well as general mental health outpatient services are available to veterans of the Global War on Terror.
Directions:
From the North: Rt. I-91 South (crossing into Massachusetts). Take Exit 26-toward Rt. 2A, Greenfield Center/N. Adams. Enter rotary and take 3rd exit onto MA-2A East/Mohawk Trail. *At the first traffic light, turn right onto Newton St. Turn left onto Fairview St W. At the stop sign, turn left onto Munson St. Go .4 (4/10) of a mile. The Greenfield VA Outpatient Clinic is the third driveway on the left into the Greenfield Corporate Center.
From the South: Rt. I-91 North toward Greenfield. Take Exit 26-toward Rt. 2A, Greenfield Center/N. Adams. Enter rotary and bear right onto MA-2A East. *Follow same directions as above.
