Services Offered

Outpatient Care services are available through satellite outpatient clinics located at:  Greenfield Community Based Outpatient Clinic, Greenfield, MA;  Pittsfield Community Based Outpatient Clinic, Pittsfield, MA;  and Springfield Community Based Outpatient Clinic, Springfield, MA.

Ancillary Services include dental, radiology, ultrasound, CT, rehabilitative medicine, laboratory, respiratory therapy, pulmonary lab, pharmacy, podiatry, nutrition, speech pathology, orthopedic and ophthalmology clinics.
